Night Long Massacre

Alright, it has been a while since i posted anything as i have been quite busy with other stuff. Anyways here is a new blog one half of Pseudo-Licious Griffin has made. Now this isn't a normal blog, it's something that will be updated fortnightly with new mixes from local DJ's and Producers, pretty cool eh? It gets better. These mixes (1 hour or more) will be spontainus and free flowing, just like when your fucking around in your room which will make for some raw sounds! (Fuckups included!).

The first 'issue' is by Griffin himself under the alias "Grand Duke Griffin" This mix is throughly enjoyable, travelling through every genre you can think of, Electro House, House, Tech House, Fidget, Nu-Rave, and the list goes on...

New Boys Noize

It has been known for a while now that Boys Noize was working on some new tracks, well finally he has given a release date on 2 of these new tracks - "Starter" & "Jeffer" are set for release on June 22nd on a 12" with a new album following in 'Fall'. These new tracks bring out a new sound for Boys Noize he mentioned in an interview a little while back that he wanted to return to his Techno roots, well i think its safe to say that he is well on his way to doing that!

Ok so last night i had a party to celebrate my 22nd Birthday - Barlov, Pseudo-Licious and myself were playing through out the night and while someone was taking photos with my camera they started to record audio and left it on for 49 minutes. This is the result, a 49 mix by yours truely at a whopping 44 kbps complete with colour comentray from Barlov, myself, and other hard ass ravers who wanted to hear "Summerdayze 2008". Chin strokers and Talent scouts stay away this 49 minute monster is full of inside jokes, bad jokes, sexual inuendo and rave accesories.

Next is Dimmakmmunication released a little while ago and finally Fucked from Above 1985. This track in my opinion is one of their best it was released some time ago but is super hard to find, there is no 320 version that i can find so a 96 kbps will have to do! I higher recommend this track, its fucking great!

Mr. Oizo Returns!

What a year it has been already, it's late February and already we have had some major acts visit our fine shores, Boys Noize, Digitalism and Proxy just to name a few. And by the looks of it March will be no exception with Mr. Oizo returning to Melbourne for the Future Music Festival as well as a side show at Roxanne Parlor.

If his performance at We Love Sounds in 08' and side show at Prince is anything to go by we are in for a weird and wacky night full of Oizo's antics.
